A wet Cold War Jets Day

    Hi All,

Went to what is probably the closest aircraft show to where I live, which is very nice. A 20 minute car journey isn't too bad after a long day stood up. Weather wasn't at its best, but this created some interesting pictures.

    Cheers,
    Neil

Three of my favourite aircraft and I particularly like that Victor

I assume they were only fast taxiing and not taking off?

    Cheers,
    John

Thanks, guys. The rain was falling for most of the afternoon. It was heaviest when the Buccaneer did it's fast taxi run. The other two it was light drizzle. The Lightning was the last to go and guess what - stopped raining as it taxied back down the runway!

              Cheers,
              Neil

What an odd looking plane the second (Victor?) is. Shame the weather was so typically bank holiday.
