    Awaiting her return to the air.

    Just Jane at East Kirkby, taken when the three Lancs were together, but at the time I didn't have the software to hopefully do it justice, namely Lightroom... Comments as always welcome.

    One hopes you like it, Aviation photography is my main passion.

    That's very nice, well focussed and even a partial of an aircraft can still work I would have preferred to see the whole of the cockpit canopy though and not crop the rear section.

      Like how you included part of the engine in the image. Makes for a nice composition.

          With such a large aircraft it's difficult to create a close up composition that doesn't chop some part off. I think you've done very well with this example

            Hi Tony,

            You may like to know they now have 4 new Merlin's which are of airworthy spec. The Museum is slowly working to get JJ fit to fly again. So, not too far into the future we may have two Lancs fly together - that's if we have any airshows left in the UK, by then!!!

              I like that a lot. A very nice shot.
