    Side Slipping Spitfire

    Hi All,

Here's a picture of Charlie Brown side slipping the HAC Spitfire Mk Vb onto the runway at the Victory Show, Cosby. A strong crosswind made landing very difficult and the Spitfire's narrow track undercarriage doesn't make life any easier. Charlie pulled off a greaser of a landing - no problem.

    Cheers,
    Neil

Lousy Airshow though Neil with the different display orientation, especially as it put the sun behind them, that and it being in the next county over.. Lovely shot
