Was taking waterfowl shots on Bude Canal when this flew over, what is it apart from being naval?

Phone up and complain.... I would, Indeed I DID!!! and I was still in the RAF Lol, I even told them the squadron which impressed them no end LOL, but I failed to mention I was on a fellow Jag Squadron at the time and on holiday at my mum's... that part just past me by..
