    Essex & Herts Air Ambulance

The Air Ambulance landed outside our front door this afternoon. They were only there for 10 minutes. They never collected any casualties so I can only hope that whatever it was called for had a positive outcome.

We often have the Air Ambulance land on the green outside our home as there are no overhead telegraph poles or electric pylons and we are on a private road with mostly single story properties. . Makes for a reasonably safe place to touch down.

Great shot Jeff and a great service the Air Ambulances provide throughout the country. Had to call the Devon Air Ambulance once when someone on a walk I was leading on Dartmoor broke their ankle.
    Have always supported them since

Nice photo. We live near the Thames Valley base, so see the helicopter most days. A good cause.

            Thanks Peter.

1/60th of a second shutter speed captured the prop blur fairly well.
