Bluebell Railway - Colour, B&W or Sepia?

    Hi

I've been playing with some shots I took at the weekend at the Bluebell Railway in Sussex, and I would like your opinion as to which you prefer / feel is most suitable!

First up, cases... Sepia or mono?

    Second, colour or Sepia?

And finally, a little bonus shot for you to enjoy - I quite like it just as it is!

I await your comments, but I know what I prefer!

    Thanks, Mike.

Sepia all the way for me Mike, really suits the theme.

Sepia with just a very subtle white vignette

As others have said Mike, Sepia really suits the subject and I think the last shot is really atmospheric.

Mono for the first, sepia for the second.

Thanks Andy, Tom, David, Colin, Paul and Les.

Interesting, as I thought Sepia would win hands down, and although the majority think Sepia is the way to go, Les prefers mono. Also, I had considered a vignette, but posted without it on purpose to see what comments I received.

I'll be returning to The Bluebell Railway next month, so will take on board all I've learnt, and comments made.

Thanks all, I appreciate you taking the time to comment. Mike.

I like the suitcases in black and white. They seem to carry more detail. Any chance of seeing the second one in black and white?

I prefer Bags in mono, the detail stands out better for me. But I wonder if I might actually prefer it in colour. Any chance?
I prefer In Station in sepia as it seems more atmospheric (and obviously evocative).
Steam is my favourite of the three.
Have to say they are all better than my last set on the Bluebell so

Train in Station is better in sepia. Thanks for posting the black and white version.

                              Thanks Alex, Stephen and Di.

An interesting set of preferences! I guess what I've learnt is that we're all different, and as long as I like the shot, everything's OK!

                              Cheers, Mike.
