Driving Experience Day at Croft Circuit

I was invited (Dad it would be good if...) by "Number One Son" to photograph a Driving Experience Day at Croft Circuit. He was presented the event ticket by his long time friend for whom he was Best Man earlier this year.

I had a great time as the only Tog at my spot on the spectator bank, I even got a bit part in a video taken from one of the Formula Fowards when it was being driven by #1 Son who had a GoPro mounted on his helmet.

I hope you like these, I have uploaded them from Flickr to see if I can overcome the softness issue of a direct upload from my PC, I'm not sure if I did it the correct way, but...it seems to have worked.

#2 A little bit of the grey one it needs a polish or maybe a bit of tar remover but I decided not to clean it

A good set Peter, all sharp and a sense of movement apart from the last one which does look a little static.

Uploading from flickr is the way to go

Thanks Stan, much appreciated, I'm not sure what has happended to the last one it looks a bit strange on here.

WRT the upload, I will have to try uploading a macro image using Flickr sometime just to see what it looks like here.

Doug I thinks Neil was taken with the Porches but....the single seater was very enjoyable. However he wishes that he could have had the opportunity to try one that wasn't restricted. He also said that he wished that he had taken an instructor round with him in his car when he's run it there on track days.

Thank you Tom they had three Porsches running on the day but...the guest drivers were always accompanied by an instructor and they weren't allowed to be too adventurous as there was more than one car out on the track at any one time. Still they boy's did enjoy themselves.
