    Retired

Taken a couple of months ago and edited today. I wasn't quite sure what to do with it at the time.

That works for me, the dramatic sky and decaying tractor work well.

Excellent Andy - what brilliant PP. The title is very apt - the various components of the image all work together to produce a very pleasing whole. It's one of those sort of pictures you can keep, going back to - it has loads of detail, tonal range and texture - there is also a story embedded within it if only the viewer is prepared to read it. I very much like your style of photographic work.

Thanks one and all, I'm quite pleased with the way that this image turned out. It's a bit unusual.

Very nice Andy, when I see machinery like this I wonder what/why it is left to this sad end. Great sky which holds it all together, well done.

Great shot Andy, you certainly have the eye for dramatic landscapes you'll have to show me how sometime.

Hi Paul, thanks very much. This shot really came about because I was trying out a new (to me) CPL filter, it really did make a dramatic difference to the overall saturation, but also a vast difference to the contrast between the clouds and the sky.
