The Polar Express - again!

This photo shows the same steam loco and location of the B&W photo I added on this site. But for me, I now prefer this one……...I think!

GWR 7800 Class No: 7820 ‘Dinmore Manor’ with GWR Class 2-6-2T No: 5542 on the rear are seen at the Royal Mile on the South Devon Railway working the 11.00 Buckfastleigh to Totnes Riverside and return ‘The Polar Express’ Christmas service on the 5^th December 2021.

Not at the moment as I am just getting over a Flu. Hopefully by the end of this week, if I am a lot better, I will have just under a week to go a photograph it.

That's a great shot and with perfect composition and lighting it's possible to better mono so well done.

Now, if only I could get over the cow catcher, headlight and bell (well, OK, if it brings in the punters and tops up the finances ).
