    My last two builds

Last couple of bikes I built, both based on the awesome Suzuki GSX1400.

1st - Mainly engine / performance mods inc a Rotrex C15 supercharger. This one HAD to go as it would have been 'my licence or my life' it was truly mental, sit at 120+ drop it into 5th and spin the back wheel:

2nd - Last one we built from scratch inc hand making the majority of the parts inc petrol tank / yokes - a year to plan, 6 months to make all the bespoke parts and do a dry build and then one mad week doing the final build.

Broke my heart to sell the second one but 'needs must' and all that.

    Youtube of the build HERE

You may notice part way through I changed my mind on the twin shocks and went for mono shock instead, the part where the frame is hanging up in primer is the start of the mad week building her up.

I know how you feel David - I had a bonkers Bandit 1200(with full on GSXR1100 engine) which I had to sell for the sake of my license/life. 3 years on a SV650 and now on a standard Bandit 1250 means I have (nearly) calmed down.

In a car I am like a proverbial Morris Minor driver

      Picture #4 is really nice

Thanks - they did. . . . after 'losing' another 4 friends this year my wife and I both decided while we are still up here (around London) we would hang up the leathers and have both sold our bikes, a decision that wasn't made lightly.

Thankfully we both have a passion for photography so when I'm not covering the racing we go here there and everywhere with the cameras. Only problem is she is very competitive which makes comparing the shots. . . . interesting lol
