That is a wonderfull series of action shots - the long DOF really suits.
If pressed I would say that #3 is my favourite because of the vibrant colour of the boat and the sea.

I think all of them are winners, but I particularly like the action of No.4

I like them all.
My fav is the ist one - I'm not sure if the bit of sky actually adds much ?
On number 4, I think maybe the splash has directed unwanted light into the lens causing low contrast/flare, however it's a great action shot with the guy up in the air ! :-)

Thanks for the comments. I probably ought to straighten the horizon in number one. The crewman in number four let go of his hand hold just as the boat took off on the wake of the Mersey class lifeboat and was lucky to land in the water instead of hitting the boat on the way down.Comment

Great set, great action, lovely colours, shots to be proud of, especially number 4.
What I can't understand is that these guys actually volunteer for it!!!!
