    MV Dayspring

This vessel has been at Corpach (near Fort William) on the stony beach of Loch Eil. It has been there since breaking its moorings in a storm in 2011. I have photographed it on a previous trip with water around it, unfortunately on this visit the tide was low, but that saved me getting wet feet!

Having located my previous images of the vessel, I decided to add one to this post.

As always your thoughts and comments welcome.

#2 An image from June 2014, I hadn't realised that it was that long ago since I first made an image of this vessel.

A lovely shot Peter, and enhanced by the tide being out I think. Perhaps I would have cropped a bit off the bottom, but as always its your shot.

Hi Trev, thanks for the suggestion, I had already cropped some off the bottom but I shall have a look at removing some more.

Two nice shots but I prefer the first as it has the big lump of rock in the background. Also nice to see that someone has climbed aboard and raised a saltire.

The second does show the boat at a better angle but the overcast weather was against you.

            Cheers,
            John
