    Loggerhead sea turtle

Caretta caretta - Caribean Sea / Curacao

This one swam fore over minutes in front of us, just a few meters below sealevel. That's the reason I got the beautiful light and blue water in the background

what a super shot for a first post some great detail and looks good against the plain background

Just a minor point, the main forums are for shots taken with Canon EOS cameras and shots with canon compacts should be posted in the Canon Compact Digital Camera forum

Stan- It makes sense to put all underwater shots into the underwater section as advice/info on settings and housings etc are common to all Canon cameras. And as MrRobert says

        Underwater photography(2 Viewing)
Photographs and techniques using EOS and other Canon cameras underwater.
Canon EOS R5, R6 plus the usual suspects ......

Fantastic image Wil - I'm sure underwater has a whole set of challenges associated!

Yep, everything moves; the fish (or turtle in this case), the water (current) an the diver (however, the better your divingskills, the better your buoyancy is). And most of the time everything moves at the same time ... in different directions ;)
But the most important; you dive with a buddy and are responsible fore his safety also

No Richard ! Just an observation as I've dived the Caribbean 4 or 5 times and the water isn't that colour.

I like Will's end result though
