Case Remote Wireless Camera Controller

I've been looking at a way to remotely control & trigger my 7DII via WiFi (including Liveview on a tablet). The above seems to do the same as the CamRanger, but at half the price.

Does anyone have any experience of them that they can share?

I have used it successfully with an early model android tablet (wife's hand me down!). Also I use the "DSLR controller" ap. from time to time. With DSLR one can also set up wireless connections; all instructions for setting up this modem are on the web. This set up gives a greater range compared to CASE and is the one I like.

Thanks for the feedback Mike. I also had some info from the UK Distributor of Case which wasn't very encouraging.

I already use DSLR controller - tethered so I'm trying to track down the TP-Link Router (they're discontinued). If I find one I'll let you know how it goes.

I managed to track down a TP-Link router, and have successfully configured it so that I can remotely see the liveview screen, control settings and trigger the shutter. I plan some more testing and will then write up the results if anyone is interested.
