Thanks guys, when Jacobs called me they offered me the 'kit of camera plus 24-105' now or if I only wanted the body they said there would likely be a 3 month wait so I took the kit and will be advertising a brand new un-boxed lens in the very near future as I don't really need 2 of them.

Colin I think you will be impressed when you get your new toy.

Well done Muscat - you've turned many of us green with envy!

I've been following your other threads and so far its looking great.

(I'm going to have to wait for the price to come down a bit and for my wife to forget that I've only recently taken delivery of the 5Dmk2 )
