5D mark 1 or ID mark 3

I am currently the owner of a 5D mark 1 and later in the year I am thinking of buying a 1D mark 3.
The question that I need to ask is this, what if any are the advantages of the 1D mark 3 over the 5D mark 3?

Tough call. 10 frames per second, amazing lock on and tracking, 1 series build quality.

If you predominently shoot sport or wildlife, the 1D MKIII just edges it. If you are more landscape/ studio and general photography, I would go for the 5D MKIII.

However, with the introduction of the 1Dx some time this decade (Slight Sarcasm), there will be quite a lot of 1D MKIV's traded in and if you have a chance at one of those at the right price, that would be my choice.
