just been told by my lad ,that apple have updated there RAW decoder for the 7dmk2 in aperture ,so if your a apple user and have aperture loaded ,away ya go .

oops only if your running yosemite

I have a Mac but not aperture so I'll have to wait for Adobe.

You can still install the update - it works with Finder to allow you to view raw files and open then open them in Preview should you want to. OK, so not Aperture or ACR but still worth having...

yes, I posted the link to the DNG converter a couple of days ago. ACR 8.7 is only available for Photoshop CC I think and both of those only work on Windows 7 or 8 and I still have Vista so i am going to have to work with the DNG and CS3 for a bit longer

I was thinking of updating to windows 8 but then my version of Office professional would not work and i would have the expense of upgrading that as well
