Connecting EOS 6D to Ihagee bellows

I'd like to connect my 6D to an Ihagee bellows intended for use with an Exa film camera to allow copying of 35mm colour slides. I have all of the Ihagee parts required and they are in perfect order.

The camera end of the bellows has a bayonet fitting with an internal female thread of about 34mm.

I see various Canon adaptors, some with on-board 'chips', and am unsure what might be suitable. The Ihagee bayonet seems to be in two parts but both rotate together and I'm not certain if it's wise to pull them apart.

Advice regarding options would be well received.

    Kind regards,

    Sandy Young.

I read your post as I have a 6D but no experience of attaching bellows. SRB Photographic may be able to help - http://srb-photographic.co.uk/

Glad to help - haven't used them since my film days but good to hear their specialised service has survived.
