Re: 7D II First impression
I recently purchased a 7D2 to work along side my 1DX. I shoot motorcycle racing and for many years used my 1D4 to good effect. I borrowed a 1DX last year at a meeting and was totally blown away with the quality of the images that I was getting. However, I seemed to be missing out on the reach despite using 1.4 and 2x Converters (which work great BTW). I sold my trusty 1D4 and purchased a 7D2. It has many of the features and set up of the 1DX. I took them both to Brands Hatch last Sunday with the intention of using them back to back. I was so impressed with the 7D2 that I used it all day. Got my reach (and a bit more) back, focuses well and is quick. For the money it is a no brainer!
