Hi guys and gals
Can I ask what people's recommendations are to upgrade from my 550D body which has decided to pack up today (will no longer power up)? I've done some research and can see that ordinarily, if you're happy with the 550D, there's little point in upgrading but, as the camera is no longer functioning, I'd like to see if I can find an affordable upgrade. I'm quite happy to buy second hand, up to around £500 but would want to be able to use my existing range of EF and EFS lenses.
Photography is primarily a hobby for me. Since doing a short course last year I always using manual settings, albeit still really learning to get to grips with them fully. I prefer landscape photography but recently changed jobs and now work as an estate agent, so am regularly being tasked with doing photographs of the properties we're marketing (which is proving to be great practise for me in terms of using the manual settings to adapt to different spaces/lighting, getting to use my flashgun etc!).
Any guidance/advice would be very much appreciated.
TIA :)
