Lens correction data for most Canon lenses does not work on my 60D

Not sure if this is the correct place for this thread but.....
Lens correction data is enabled on my 60D, and I have updated the firmware to 1.1.1, but it only shows the data for one of my Canon lenses. My 100D shows it for all of them. What else can I do to update it?
What is really annoying, is that in the instruction manual they use the example of the EF-S18-135 IS, but it doesn't work on mine!
    Thanks.

I have a 60D but always shoot RAW and use the corrections in LR.

Not entirely sure but think lens corrections only apply when shooting JPEG.

I'll take a look at mine and get back to you.

OK it's likely the data for the lens isn't uploaded to your camera.

From the factory, the 60D body ships with correction data for about 25 lens models. Canon's EOS Utility software allows correction data for lenses (including new or models as-yet unreleased) to be uploaded to the Canon 60D, up to a maximum of 40 lenses

Re: Lens correction data for most Canon lenses does not work on my 60D

I have spent the afternoon experimenting. I found the USB lead that connects the camera to my laptop. Plugged it in and opened the EOS Utility. I clicked on Camera settings/Remote shooting, and had a little play! Then I spotted the box Lens aberration correction. I selected the lens that was attached to the camera, and when I disconnected it, lo and behold it now states "Correction data available."
I repeated for each lens, and all but the EF-S 18-55mm IS STM Lens now shows that the correct data is available.
Next question; how do I add that lens? (Although I probably won't use it on that camera!)

The lens should be available in the list.

          Hopefully this should help

Looking back that lens should have been in the list from as far back as 2013 (EOS Utility version 2.13.25).

I have never updated the EOS utility, nor installed those that came with the 100D. Perhaps I ought to bite the bullet?
3 versions of that lens are listed, but none with STM.
Thanks for your time and trouble.
