    Sigma 150-600C and New Firmware

I offer this as an example. According to the exif it was at 22.6m and as it's of a small bird it's a massive crop. It's not perfect but the AF continues to impress me...

It certainly is an impressive piece of glass Andy. With a touch on NR, who would know it's a huge crop?

          Thanks chaps.

I've tried adding some NR but the breast feathers just turn to mush. I think it's that which gives it away as a big crop...

            Nice detail Andy.
Try applying NR to separate layer then removing it over bird where it is not needed.
Good shot tho as it stands.

Andy if you have downloaded the Nik collection you can selectively apply NR with define2, there are videos on YouTube

I thought LR has those adjusment point thingys that you use paint on the adjustments where needed - or is NR not applicable to those?
