RF 85mm F2 focussing speed

I am interested in the RF 85mm F2 macro, as Amazon have it at a very good price.
Many reviews online mentioned focussing problems, especially speed and hunting.

Has anyone had any experience of this?

I did play with one for a while, although I don't own one.

My recollections are that it was damn good value for money that produced sharp results, great IS and a nice Bokeh. Focussing speed isn't as "snappy" as many L series glass, but I thought it was perfectly adequate, better than many Sigma's, not quite as good as some L glass.

Mostly, it was a lens I quite enjoyed using and in the short time I had it, I could count on it to produce sharp images.
