EOS Utility 2.10, RAW 1.9, DPP 3.9.4 Just Out

But still no 64-bit support in RAW ... Wonder what the technical problem is?

I've already updated DPP a few days ago.

Canon just don't seem interested in x64 which is a shame as I would love them to do a x64 version of the RAW codec.

Gone again. 'This page not available'. Wonder what was wrong with it?

OK someone explain to me why you would use the new circle function in the trimming section of DPP 3.10.1 ?

DPP 3.10.1 disables all items under the lens aberration menu for non-canon lenses.
I never use these features myself, people using lenses like the popular sigma 10-20 who do use these features might be better giving this update a miss.

Mark, I haven’t a clue what you’d use that circle selection for, circular picture frames ?
It seems like a waste of time to me

I'll let you know ... I have used the 7D since moving to 1.2.5 and thus far what I've done works.

I see the US and JP still list 1.2.3 as latest. Oooooooooooooppppppp what might I have done ...

No seriously, I just cant see when you'd want to use this.

Hang On just checked what people are saying on other forums, and this make sense :) not something I'd use but can now see there is methord behind the madness.

I'm guessing it's something to so with:

"Distortion aberration correction for images taken with fisheye lenses (EF 8-15mm F4L USM Fisheye, EF 15mm F2.8 Fisheye) enables the user to select four types of effects that are not covered by ordinary distortion correction."

A circular mask could prove quite handy with a fisheye?
