    Adobe Photo Album 2

    Hi gents,

Wonder if anybody has an answer to this. I have been using the above to store and file my photos successfully for many years on Windows 98 and XP. I have now changed to Windows 7 and it will not support the programme.

Any ideas on how to get it on or suggest another programme equally as good.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated although I would prefer to kepp the same programme

I suspect that it is not compatible with windows 7.
There is Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3 on the Adobe web site but I suspect you may have trouble with that as well.

You may have to look at something like Lightroom

        Den,
The reason I suggested Lightroom as it is designed first and foremost as a database of where your images are located on your PC.
It also has very good image manipulation ability as well and I find that if I process an image in Lightroom then there is often very little required to be done in say CS5 or PS Elements.
Have a look at the free trial on the Adobe website.

Thanks. I haven't looked at the cost of Lightroom but I suspect it is quite high. Album 2 was about £30 so well within my budget.

There is a simmilar function in Elements that might be worth a look - or Picassa of course (free)
