When I was using PSE (now use CS5) I used to upgrade every second release which to my feeble mind meant I got a bit more new functionality.

It doesnt seem that long ago I was pleased to buy the new Elements 6. I will have a good look at 10 to see how much has changed and if its worth upgrading from 6.
