Hello from a senior citizen

Hi, I'm Greg and I'm 68 years old. I used to be a web developer / programmer, owning my own company before I retired.

I took up photography as a hobby, just a couple of years ago, when a Canon EOS 600D became available on Groupon at a price that couldn't be beaten elsewhere.

I still have a lot to learn but I've been experimenting with all the features and settings, including long exposures and HDR. I use Photoshop CS6 and other software on a iMac to edit/enhance my photographs.

Anything else you want to know, just ask.

One tip when posting images use flickr as most do here otherwise direct uploads look soft
