I've always set a few seeting up using 'my menu'.....but I didnt realise you can set several 'My Menu' pages and rename them.
So with a spare minute or two I wrote down the settings I want to access, then allocated them to five menus renamed as Shoot1, Shoot2, Review, Comms/GPS and Delete/format
Shoot 1 has general settings, Shoot 2 has everything for tripod use - mirror lockup, HDR etc, review has RAW processing and cropping, Comms GPS is what it says on the tin as is delete/format.
Once you have your own menus set....you can set the camera to show these as default and hide all the regular menus that you don't use.
makes the camera a whole lot easier to use and truly customised to suit yourself....and I now use features that previously I couldn't be bothered to find in the general menus.
