I have noticed long delays this morning in responses. Page loads taking several minutes. All other sites I visit are okay (and my VPN work connection, which reacts badly to poor comms is okay).

Robert - are you aware of anything untoward? Happen it's just me?

I too have found EOS particularly slow this morning and was getting the same message Stephen and noticed i was getting the double post again

This morning a herd of stampeding tortoise would have been faster.

I tried to post a reply this morning and got a "Do you want to navigate away from this page" (or words to that effect)
Worked OK when I tried later but still really slow

Thanks for all the feedback. We have encountered slow speeds from time to time over the last year or so, then it recovers. I've been looking at a long term solution for a while, but it might be a few weeks before this can be implemented.

In the meantime, apologies for any inconvenience.

I have a question... the site is running the latest version of vBulletin, v 4.2.0 has the performance been worse since the site was upgraded?

If so, I am convinced vBulletin have changed something in this version of the software, but they will not admit it.....

I own and run my own vehicle enthusiast site, since I upgraded to v4.2.0 I have had a lot of complaints that the site is slow, or freezes.. I did rectify some, but not all this by changing the settings for the Google adverts that are on my site, but this has not cured it fully...

IF it has been effected since the upgrade, I suspect that is the reason....
