Login details are saved by the operating system by using cookies.
Cookies are files stored on your computer by websites to save preferences such as login information.
The full answer to your question would depend on which operating system you are using, Windows XP, Vista, 7 etc..Canon EOS R6 Mark II, Canon RF 100-500mm f4.5-7.1L, Canon RF 24-105mm f4L

Re: No auto log in
In Tools/Internet Options/General of Internet Explorer.
Un-tick "delete browsing history on exit", click on delete and you will see the delete options.
The settings I use are in the image below.
If that don't work then tick all boxes and select delete.
Then re-open and use setting similar to mine.
When logging in to the forum again tick the "remember me" box.
Under Tools/Internet Options/Content go to Auto Complete and settings.
Here are my settings for this.
If that doesn't work then I'm confused too.Canon EOS R6 Mark II, Canon RF 100-500mm f4.5-7.1L, Canon RF 24-105mm f4L

Also depends on what browser you use. I have firefox with a privacy add on which dumps everything - everytime it closes.Di ~ Trying to take "the" photograph.
