I've been using Picasa to manage my files. I use crop tool to quickly fix my images before I upload to websites, however I had to use other software because they include rule of thirds guide in their crop tool. It is annoying to use different apps to do a quick task. I requested for this and Google development team refuse to include rule of thirds to Picasa's crop tool simply because there are not enough people requesting it. Please go there and add your opinion and experience to make Picasa tool better and easier for us as start up photographer to use. The more requests, hopefully it will push Google to respond.
