    Which SD card, advice please

    I have just got an EOS-20D plus grip. Can anyone give me advice on SD cards, make , size etc. thanks

    Sandisk Extreme cards are reliable, great prices at Amazon.
    Always get more than one as you'll soon fill them.
    I believe that the 20D actually uses Compactflash cards and not SD cards.

    I'd buy 2 x 16GB cards at £49.48 each from Amazon

      I'd save my cash and go for two 8Gb CF (not SD) cards, and stick with the slightly slower (30Mb/sec) Sandisk Ultra's for £20 a piece.

      With the 20D's 9Mp images, you should get around 500 RAW images on each which should be more than sufficient, and their speed should be more than adequate.

        I also use Sandisk but another top make is Lexar. There are others but I don't think as good.Stick to those two makes and you shoudn't go wrong. And I agree 8gb should be plenty big enough.
