Canon 7d & 5d MK II dioptric lenses

Hello peeps

I noticed I have my dioptrics on my 7d & 5d Mk II maxed out to the positive side. Could someone point me in the right direction to which model dioptrics I need for both cameras. I think I'll need +1 or +2, but there seems to be a few different types and I don't seem to be able to find the correct ones.

Easiest way is to go to your nearest pro shop, on a quiet day and try different ones on you body.

The problem I have, is there doesn't seem to be any photographic shops far less pro shops near me. I was hoping to find out which model dioptric lenses fit my 7d & 5d MK II, then work out the strength I require. Then hopefully order online.
