HELP! Urgent assistance needed for wedding shoot

    Hey, you guys...

I've got like a major wedding to shoot this weekend, and just to show my professionalism I went out and blew £500 on a new camera - well, when you can afford it, why not? It's a no-brainer.

But having a real panic attack now with two days to go as I just discovered that the film holder is square! Am I missing something? Is there a new film on the market that comes in a square casing?

I found this film and bought one. But although the box is square, when I opened it the damn thing was round! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

One other thing... if I run out of film halfway through the wedding service can I ask the vicar guy to stop for a couple of minutes?

    Cheers!

What you have shown looks like the battery compartment of a digital camera (Panasonic) and it also has got the slot for the memory card. So keep the camera, get the correct battery and memory card but return the film.(Hope it is not a delayed April fools/now October fools day?)

I would buy a few extra rolls of film and then jump on them until they are the right shape, if you do this at night you should be OK

Perhaps it's a cine camera and takes one of these...

          Simples - it's a 32.0mm×24.0mm plate camera.

And perhaps also pin them to the gents toilet wall at the rear of Waterloo station? Don't want to miss anyone!

Another question, if I may, guys...

I was in a National Trust gift shop yesterday and they had a pair of 'rear vision spy glasses' for kids. Should I get a pair to avoid this sort of thing? And OMG it was a CANON!

Well, if the camera pic isn't a cut-and-paste job the Panasonic 14-45 is a good lens so you're part-way there (for the outside work)... not quite so sure about the G3 for the interiors though...

Do note modern film is Lithium rather than Silver-based, this means it lasts much longer and can be developed in-camera and scanned onto a memory card - they are very clever these Japanese Engineers in what they can cram in...

A little judicious use of a vice will render the round film rectangular so it will fit.
                        Cheers
