Sharpen or not to sharpen

A general question to all digital camera users – do you sharpen your pics?

I have only ever sharpened a few pictures for specific reasons but looking at the majority of pics posted on this web site I would guess that most of them are.

I generally sharpen mine a fair bit as I find when I post images on the site they tend to lose their sharpness- for some unaccountable reason.

I always sharpen, and do use different techniques based on the image I'm working on.

I also add sharpening in camera with added saturation in case I need to use an OOC shot quickly.

I used to almost always sharpen with the previous camera, but now only sometimes. I guess it depends on the subject and scale.

I tend to sharpen most of my images, to varying degrees, depending on scale, subject, and my shakey hands! I find that I am sharpening to a lesser extent now that my technique is improving.
