Waiting for the Autumn colours to really appear down here Andy, most all the trees are still in full leaf and green, so not much seasonal colour at the moment.

Green is still a colour Dave I'd say that so long as it's something connected with the season, it's fine.

David's idea is fine and well if we didn't have the 'Challenge Competition' which already works that way, besides that the guidelines for the new 'Monthly Challenge' state it is not a competition. For what its worth I still think Paul's idea of a rolling theme based on the Forum Headings is perfect.

Hey Doug,

Thats why I didn't say "the person who set the theme 'picks a winner'" it's just their favourite, they don't even have to say why, maybe it has just the right amount of purple in it or they like the smiling cat. . . . . Just means that we get a wide variety of theme's.

Just waiting for it to stop raining so we can go out - had enough shooting in thunder storms at the last few races

Doug made a fair point, we're not trying to emulate or dilute the competition that we already have. Do you think it would be easier, if we had one person choosing the themes? BTW, I don't want to.

A thought from way out in left field.... how about someone from the editorial staff of the EOS Magazine making the monthly suggestion as I am sure the images posted would make good magazine editorial in the EOS Forum section. Maybe the chosen monthly images appear in the EOS Magazine.

Just a crazy thought late on a Friday night.
