    Post no 1,000

    I know that achieving post no 1,000 only brings me to the foothills of much more prolific posters! But I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the fantastic support they have offered me photographically, flood-wise and in regard to other local difficulties right now. This is an oasis of calm and friendliness that I cherish.

    Did the water enter your house and if so any damage? I sincerely hope that the water was at your doorstep only.

      Well done Richard, 1,000 posts is no mean feat!

      Glad things are a bit calmer now, and the waters are receding!

        Thanks Nat, with the exception of the garage, so far the water has remained outside the house!!!
