    A Problem with Panamoz

I went to order a piece of 'kit' from Panomoz, and the Browser (IE & Chrome) flagged up a warning that said "the security certificate for this site has expired, and you may not be dealing with who you think you are", or words to that effect.

As such, I withdrew from the site, and ordered from elsewhere.

A lot of sites are slow at renewing their certificates well before they expire ... which should be how they maintain their site. If their logging shows numerous shoppers quitting at that point it concentrate the mind. It's not as though obtaining a trusted certificate is hard or expensive ... or even technically hard to do.

It costs a fortune for SSL certs. I need to buy them in for out Citrix Access Gateway in work and they are over £300. If you are using Chrome it can be really sensitive to this too.
