    Camera Insurance

I though it was about time I insured my camera and lenses as I'm now walking around with 9k worth of kit on my back, assuming I've got everything, which often isn't the case

What do you pay for camera insurance? I've been struggling to find an insurance company in Spain as all the UK ones won't cover me - I've got one so far and they want €320 for worldwide cover with a 10% excess up to a max of €120 per item

That doesn't seem to bad to me, but interested to hear what your paying

..and you may find the body is one item and the lens is a separate item - maybe any filter separate too - BEWARE!!!

I'm pretty sure your right David, but right now its sods law as so far I've only found one company

If it is lens / camera are viewed as two items then least getting some cover on the items is better than none

Ouch. is your place roughly the same size as Buckingham Palace?

            But seriously, that's horrendous...

I know - Spain isn't the cheap place it was, roll on independence and shutting this Euro thing down

As for the size its not that big and sadly nowhere near Buck Palace as then I could rent out rooms ;o)
