Can you explain please > On Amazon to-day 2 x Canon 24-105 lenses one f4 and one 3.5 - 5.6 £200 difference in price ? Was thinking about a purchase but which one is best and why ?

The 3.5-5.6 is not an L series lens.
I have the f4 one - it's a fixed aperture throughout the zoom range - I love that lens - I seldom use anything else.Canon EOS 6D Mk II, 700D, Canon 24-105mm L, 100-400mm, 100mm f2.8 L Macro. -

agree its a great lens and probably covers 90% of my photos:- Ian
5D Mk III, 24-105 / 70-200 f2.8 L / 100-400 Mk II / 100 macro / 16-35 L / 11-24 L / 1.4 & 2x converters and a bad back carrying it all ;o)
