Sigma 200-500mm f/2.8 APO EX DG Review

While looking on Amazon for the new Sigma 150 - 600, I came across a review for their whapping 200-500 f2.8.

Rather than post a link, here is the actual review

Got mine from a charity shop in a rich part of town, and as I was leaving the shop, was called back, as I'd forgot the sherpa that was supplied with it.
Alot of good he was, as he had a strained back, after carrying the heavy end into the shop, with a passing weightlifter.
Sigma has incorperated many weightsaving materials into this lens, so making it easier to lift onto the back of a pickfords low loader, with the help of a medium sized crane.
Sigma have very good after sales too, and sent a crew of five to stay for the weekend, 4 to move it around, while the other one removed the rear element, and climbed inside to remove a fox, that had managed to crawl into the body, during manufacture.
Sigmas tech boys were really good, and had the fox up and running within a few hours, which was quite impressive, as he'd even bought a dead rat along in his toolbox, for just such an occasion.
I've read other reviews of this lens, and thought I better add my own, as none of the others had mentioned a fox, which is what Sigma must have meant when they mentioned it was good for capturing wildlife.
I'm glad I bought it now, otherwise I'd had to have left the money to the kids, and their father, whoever he is

Back in film days IIRC Olympus did a fast very long lens which cost an absolute fortune.

Included in price was a mini to transport it in!

Hmmm, is it considered a portable Lens and does it come with a Canon mount?
