Flickr....all change

had a bit of a shock when I clicked on flickr this morning - I do like the white background and they seem to have addressed some image sizing problems... Not so sure about the other changes yet, but we'll see

For anyone having problems finding pics ,first click on YOU then go down to PEOPLE you will find all your contacts pics there ,designed by children for the use of crossword fans springs to mind .do they recruit there staff from the local nuthouse makes me wonder sometimes

I thought this new design might have been tied into them launching a new way of adding location info but it seems that work is still ongoing.

Also when you go to grab the code to post on the forum, the size defaults back to 640 px each time

it still posts on here at 1024 stan its just you have to change it manually each time ,which is a pain

I realise that, or in my case 900 px its just a pain having to change it every time as in the past it always stayed at the last size I had used

you sure about that Jeff? I'm sure when I uploaded an image this morning I had to change the size

no nothing has changed and I also notice that when hovering the mouse over a shot, rather than showing "image titl2 by "my name" it now just shows YOU

maybe something in the settings for that Stan as I see in bold the title then under it "by YOU"

I have done nothing to change any settings and what is even stranger is that I have opened my photostream on my older laptop running Vista and my name or rather neptuno.photography is showing OK but on the windows 8 laptop still as YOU - both viewing in IE

maybe its down the browser Stan - I use Firefox

Edit - sorry just seen IE - same versions? settings?
