    Commercail Work

I've contacted by a local estate agent thats seen my work and he wants me to take photos of two villas he's selling - both local, but I'm clueless on price for this

What would you charge ? Work on an hourly rate? per property ?

Its very hard to put a price on one job,you don't want to over charge as he won't use you again plus it depends how long it will take to shoot a villa and how many shots they require,

I would just set one price for the whole job and give all the images he needs on a memory stick (full size and web size images)and then charge between £30-50 as it should be no more than half a days work with a man of your talent.

He came back to me as he needed to arrange a date - its a 8 bed villa and 6 bed. I told him £300 cash for both and he's OK with that

...Looks like I'm snapping some villas

Estate agents in Spain charge a lot to take properties on, so I adjusted my quote accordingly ;o)...

One is probably in the 1.5 range the other 1 million - he'll be making 40k plus if he sells it, so £300 for snaps isn't bad, plus I bet he's charging for his "pro" to do photos

Here in Holland, the price for 25 photo's is estimated on € 185. (I just Googled it). And every extra photo = € 10,00 per photo.
                    With kind regards,

Well done - the charge level seems about correct. If you find it takes off and demand is high it probably an indication you are too cheap.

This is probably a one off as his main tog is a way - Depending how it works out if offered then I would consider more as it gets me away from the desk - we'll see
