    Canon EOS 1000D RS-60E3

    Just taken divlivery of an after market Shutter Remote Cord for Canon EOS 1000D RS-60E3 off eBay!

    Item number: 350405374466 from ebay!!!!!

    Item was £3.75 with free Shipping from the US!

    I have to say I was a little bit unsure if and when it arrived would it work.

    Hey! yes it does with no problems at all.

    Will use it tonight at Didcot Railway Centre open evening.

    Just checked it out and it looks perfectly good to me. Does everything the genuine one does, plus there is an extra foot of cable.

      It bloody irritates me when they give sizes in metric but no imperial equivalent bi have to resort to a conversion app to find out how big things are. BBC news are buggers for telling us that something happened x kilometres from somewhere. I have no idea how far that is......

      Anyway, I'll be taking a close look at this remote release for my 1000d.

        Guys!

        Just got back form a night shoot a Didcot Railway Centre and no problem at all with it!

        £3.75 well spent if you ask me!

                Looks good particularly as it was taken under difficult lighting conditions.

                I do like the one of the Chiltern Turbo though.

                  I have some shots that I used a Cokin ND4 filter to darken the skys as well, the look good as well!

                  Took a steep learning curve this last few weeks with this camera, as I had a Fuji bridge camera before.

                  will sort the rest out in the morning, time for bed now.
