What bag accomodates a 50D with Grip attached with 70-200 L, 50 prime and Sigma 10-20 plus the usual bits etc. Grip attached to camera causes the problem, lack of depth in 2 Lowepro bags I've bought-yes my mistake for not checking:mad but help !

Re: Camera Bags
I've got all my stuff (see sig, less the 400D) in my Nova 190W, but that's with the 24-105 attached rather than the 70-200. Do you need that one on, or can you use one of your existing bags with a different lens fitted?
Alternatively, most of the back-pack style bags will take it quite comfortably.Canon EOS7D mkII+BG-E16, Canon EOS 7D+BG-E7, Canon EF-S 10-22 f/3.5-4.5, Tamron Di-II 17-50 f2.8, Canon EF 24-105 f/4L IS, Canon EF 70-200 f/4L, Sigma 30mm f1.4 DC HSM 'Art', Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM, Sigma 1.4x DG, Canon Speedlight 430EX II (x2)

Re: Camera Bags
Thank you all !! Lenses etc not a problem it's the grip when attached to the camera that wont fit, camera protudes from the view finder above the lip of the case.
Zed one, the 50d from hot shoe to base of grip is 15.5cm, Lowepro bag 300 the depth is 11.5cm so how come you get it to fit "attached" ?? Is the 7d smaller ?
Woolley, existing bags sold !! So bagless and need the right one now !! Just greater depth but not overall size I think as it will have to pass through airport bag size check-going to Canada.
Thanks Again

Re: Camera Bags
Longshot the 7 and grip are about 6-6.5" from hot shoe down but in the bag it is around 8"(outside dimensions). Now when I first got the 7 and put it in the bag I was shocked as it was a little proud but after a week or so the hot shoe has made its mark in the foam it the bags flap so it fits like a glove now and is still well protected.Last edited by Zed one; 04-03-2011, 07:05.My friends call me Woody

The 7D fits in the Nova with grip attached and any of the lenses other than the 70-200. The lens goes down the slot and the body fits between the top of the separators and the top of the bag.Canon EOS7D mkII+BG-E16, Canon EOS 7D+BG-E7, Canon EF-S 10-22 f/3.5-4.5, Tamron Di-II 17-50 f2.8, Canon EF 24-105 f/4L IS, Canon EF 70-200 f/4L, Sigma 30mm f1.4 DC HSM 'Art', Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM, Sigma 1.4x DG, Canon Speedlight 430EX II (x2)

Re: Camera Bags
Hi Woody
Camera plus grip yes 6.5", bag external 8" never, mine 6" at the most-Pro Runner 300 AW-so I don't see how your getting the protection. So I'm now looking at the flipside 400AW which is deeper, higher but slightly narrower.
Thanks to you all !!

Re: Camera Bags
Hi.
Thanks, Magnam 200 AW l've checked it out, with grip and 70-200 attached I reckon you would only get 2 more lenses in plus flash etc fine for me now but no room for expansion so would have to keep that in mind.
Thanks Again
