Lens cover for my 70-300 is L lens

Visited those nice people at Stealth Wildlife today, they measured my Lens and made up covers to fit!
They now have templates for it, I got a Neoprene reversible black/camouflage cover for my new lens. (Gratis) http://www.eos-magazine-forum.com/im...ons/icon14.gif

Yes its the new one.
Only got it on Monday from Jessops at the Imaging show so I have not had a chance to try it out yet.

I also had a look at the Optech gear, now have a Sling Strap and the extra links to convert it to use round my neck, a big improvement on my Black Rapid, You were right about comfortable!
The weight of the of L lens is not that much more than my EF 24-105 nor is the size that much different, have been out for an hours walk without any problems.

All I need now is the time to play with it!
