    An Invitation.....

    To all forum members.

    Thursday evening, 22nd September 2011 at 19:45 for 20:00

    Wycombe Photographic Society http://www.hwphoto.org/index.php have as guest speaker Jill Pakenham talking on "Wildlife Photography through the Year"

    This will be held at:
    Mickelfield Community Centre
    Micklefield Community Centre Centre Approach
    (off Mickelfield Road)
    High Wycombe
    Bucks
    HP13 7FY
    Cost: £2

    There will be times when you will be in the field without a camera. And, you will see the most glorious sunset or the most beautiful scene that you have ever witnessed. Don't be bitter because you can't record it. Sit down, drink it in, and enjoy it for what it is!

      David... interesting! High Wycombe isn't really too far from me (on a good night!). I'll have a think and get back to you!

      Out of interest - and because others may want to know as well... is there a cost involved, and do we have to book a place?

        oops should have put the cost for the night..... just checked the club's web site again to make sure I have the correct figure.... £2 (which is less than a pint for anyone working in London) and just turn up on the 22nd.
        I will edit the original post to show the £2

              Really sorry David, but I will not be able to make it after all. I'm tied up at work later than hoped tonight.

              Would still be ineterested in other meetings etc. in the future.
