Hello from sunny Swansea

Hi all
I have recently made the switch from bridge camera to a DSLR, on a tight budget, bought a little used EOS 350D with Kit 18-55, 70-300 2 batteries,charge,2 CF cards and a lowepro bag for £100 both lenses have skylight filters fitted. I'm not new to photography but not used an SLR for over 30 years. Its like starting from scratch slowly reading up on manual settings. Looking forward to learning more.

A cracking picture of a lovely Welsh dragon to open with but it has lost a bit in the upload - it's usually recommended to use Flickr

Sounds like you got a great bargain with your purchases and a sound base from which to start.

welcome peter .a few of us on here have had a 350D in the past they remain among the canon classic cameras ,proven by how many are still in use .mine was bought for the wife to use ,but sold on when she was given a 7d for her birthday
