Hello everyone my name Sav and I'm amateur photographer.

I have very old canon eos 550d and thinking about an upgrade. One of my friends suggested 760d whilst someone else suggested a full frame camera.I have also invested in several lenses (wide angle, zoom lens and prime lens). When I went to Jessops they told me that full frame camera will not benefit from the lenses I have and that I will need to buy full frame lenses as well. have you had a similar experience or can you advise?
I use my camera mainly when I go away on holiday.

Welcome to the forum Sav. Before I can answer tour question, what are the lenses that you have? Are they EF-S lenses to EF Lenses of both? Can you list the type of Lenses?
