    Then & Now

    Although the Now was taken with a EOS-M, the then was taken with a Pentax Spotmatic-F Film camera. So I though I would post it here in Celebration of my wife putting up with me and my Photography hobby for 39 years.

    Nice one Tom - Those flares from '75 are epic!!!

    Also, theweather was kinder then too :)

      Hi Tom nice pics you've hardly changed a bit but those flares did we really wear them that wide?? the 70's were a great time especially for the music weren't they Oh I think you may have got the camera wrong it was a Pentax Spotmatic not Panasonic, I use to use the very same and they were a brilliant camera for there time with the Takumar lenses, how things have changed.... as we have

          Thanks Gordon, you are correct that it was a Pentax. So sorry that I sold it. It was a great camera at it's time.

              Well done Tom. YOu both have weathered the years very well. Thanks for posting this. I remember the Pentax Spotmatic very well as I also owned one. With hindsight I regret selling some of my old Pentax kit. I note that you have gone bit grey from beard to hair- I presume you had to fight your corner for much of the 39 years.

                      I don't know about you Tom, but I reckon that if I could get a tailor to take the excess material from the legs of my flares & patch it into the waist I'd still be able to get them on
